Issac and team were extremely professional, responsive, and extreme knowledgeable. Our AC unit needed some repairs and I was provided with an estimate not only of issues but opinions with cost associated along with a new unit. The repair and cleaning took place over a couple of days due to my schedule and also because of parts to be ordered. I really appreciated the updates via phone, text, photos, and videos.

Integrity over delivered within a very short amount of time. We needed 3 mini split systems installed within 3 days before a tenant moved in. Not only did they complete the install, they did so with a significant change. Isaac was very professional, start to finish. A few weeks ago, I hired Integrity Duct Cleaning and HVAC Services, Inc. once again—this time to install an HVAC zoning system in my home—and, as before, they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their entire team was friendly, professional, and accommodating. They took the time to explain the process and share their expertise, making the experience smooth and reassuring.
The quality of work was exceptional across the board. The electrician handled all the wiring with care and precision, the technician installed the system flawlessly, and the painter did an outstanding job patching and painting the drywall. I was so impressed with the painter’s work that I ended up hiring him for additional painting projects while he was on-site.
The technician also went above and beyond by installing my preferred thermostats. He even conducted the necessary research to ensure they were compatible with the new zoning system. Once the installation was complete, he provided a detailed tutorial on how everything worked and patiently answered all of my questions.

We recently got a full duct cleaning, followed by installation of a brand new heating and AC system by Integrity Duct & HVAC. We shopped around really thoroughly, did a lot of homework, and interviewed 4 companies over the course of 2 weeks before choosing Integrity.
Their prices were competitive against the others but what pushed us in their direction was that they are a small, family-owned and operated, local company. A dad and his sons. They offered multi-generational expertise with that personal touch that can only come from a family-owned business. They live in the Alexandria area, so they're part of this community. I really appreciate that. They were at our house for 2 days: one for duct cleaning, the next day for install.
The guys on their team were superb! They took great care while cleaning and working inside my house for the duct work. They always put on shoe covers so as to not track gunk or mud inside. They were very mindful every step of the way! When they were done with the duct cleaning, it was as if no workers were ever even in there to begin with! They cleaned up perfectly! And the guys were all so polite and friendly.
The next day, the crew came for the HVAC installation. It was a whole day event, I think mostly because these guys take their jobs seriously and make sure to do it right from the start. One of the guys noticed we had a pile of pavers in the garden, not being used, he offered to lay the pavers down himself before he set the new air conditioning unit down -- so that the unit would be raised and less likely to suck in dirt or dust from the ground! Talk about above and beyond service! He could've easily just put the new unit on the dirt in the backyard like the original had been sitting, but he was clever and caring enough to ask to use the pavers! We were really impressed.
From first impressions from our meeting with Roberto Sr. (the owner) to his sons, to their crews, everyone was top-notch!!! I felt they were honest, straight-shooters, transparent, and fair. They may not be the absolute cheapest, but since when was the cheapest thing ever the best thing? It usually isn't. Integrity has come back to help with odds and ends since install, like questions with the new hi-tech thermostat. That is what I call service! And that is why we chose a company based in our community of Alexandria, VA. These guys really are true to their company name: Integrity! I highly recommend. We are very satisfied customers!
